Owner and founder of Flüff Design and Decor. Its origin was out of necessity. Patti’s husband is a developer and she has always been involved in the design aspect of his projects. When it came time to create a display suite the preparation time was endless. After much research into furniture and prop rentals she realized there was no such thing in Vancouver. And that was the beginning. Some years ago in a small warehouse in the False Creek area Flüff was born. The design community embraced it with open arms and now Patti functions out of a 10,000 square foot warehouse/showroom with a team of qualified designers and warehouse staff. Her background in Visual Merchandising, display and interior design has more than qualified her for the task of sourcing and supplying all the necessary inventory to create stunning concepts. When she's not in Flüff world, Patti can be found biking and hiking in the woods. Her grandchildren are her passion.

Kristen graduated from the incredible Display and Design program. Her innate design sense has been impressive as is her enthusiasm. Her past experience in managing a busy art gallery, design abilities and incredible people skills have made it easy to enlist her as the manager. Kristen’s extensive contribution in staff training, product sourcing and client care have helped in creating a wonderful environment for both clients and employees. Weekends you will find Kristen and Tyler treasure hunting or riding their bikes around our beautiful city.

Jennie is our “ray of sunshine”. The room lights up when she walks in. Jennie comes to us from Lac la Jeune and has travelled the world, living in both Finland and Paris. She is a graduate from the Display + Design program at Langara College and has been a member of the Flüff team off and on for 3 years. Jennie loves both beautiful paper and interesting fabrics and makes amazingly beautiful cards.

When Joanne isn’t spending time with her wonderful family, we are so pleased to have her share her day with us! It is her task to keep all of us Fluffians in tow. What a job and it is done to perfection!

Shane was recommended to us because he can fix anything. And he can! He has become our warehouse warrior; transforming furniture, lighting and accessories into something new and exciting. He also keeps our inventory incredibly organized.

Mitchell's extensive experience in the design world coupled with the completion of the Pres Staging Program made him a likely candidate to join our team. We are pleased to share our day with him.

If you call Flüff and someone with an adorable British accent answers, that’s Hazel. Hazel is on loan to Canada from the UK for at least a year and we are so pleased to have her share her days with us. She has amazing skills in design and renovations.

If you subscribe to our blog, you will see a lot of Alex's hard work. Anything related to marketing, the website, social media and print has been touched by Alex's talent. As a bonus, he is also technically inclined. Whew!

Steph has travelled and lived all over the world. But it is Vancouver that she calls home. She graduated at UBC with a degree in Art History and then went on to take Interior Design at BCIT. We certainly appreciate all the talent Steph has brought to us.

Alaina is a BCIT graduate in Interior Design and although design is of utmost importance to her I can tell that her little daughter is the MOST important thing in her life. Look for the smiles on her face when you mention her.

Erica recently graduated from BCIT in the Interior Design program. After reviewing her portfolio, we realized we were very lucky to have her join our team. One of Erica's passions is her love of dance. She has been studying and competing for 15 years.

Farah was raised in Hong Kong and came to Canada a few years ago to attend the Art Institute talking Interior Design. Her international experience can't help but influence her design sense. We are so fortunate to be able experience that.
