Hi Kristen the pictures are gorgeous and my realtor’s photographer took some fantastic photos as well. You should know that all who have seen the staging thus far thought you guys have done a marvelous job.

We had our first showing Friday, the family came back for a second look in the afternoon and put in an offer that very evening which led to an accepted offer this weekend. It’s almost beyond belief how it all happened so quickly, considering we had absolutely zero action for 8 months but this was sure thanks in large part to the fine work you did!

Subject removal is June 15th but since the rental furnishings have already been paid for a month I think I will leave them, the least I can do for my tenant having to kick him out so quickly!
